I finally decided a name for the foundation! It has been nameless for the past several weeks. I wanted it to come naturally, so I waited. Today it arrived.
Last week, I came up with the idea of using LoveATX.com as a community building website for Austin. LoveATX will provide support for the development of Austin’s conscious community, and represent the foundation’s efforts within Austin.
LoveUnity will assist in building “home-town security”.
Me and my brother loved this show, and I loved singing the song all day. Maybe it stuck with me. I can definitely feel the powers combining around me.
The world is experiencing a beautiful transformation as we approach ultimate peace and unity. Go Planet!

I was reminded of Captain Planet today as I read an article about the Mayan Calendar and predictions of 2012.
Carlos Barrios is an elderly Mayan who has studied the Mayan calendar and teachings of Mayan ancestors. Carlos identifies 2012 as the beginning of the World of the Fifth Sun, which will introduce Ether as a fifth element representing spiritual energy. Humanity will be best prepared for this transition if We enable spiritual unity. Carlos explains that all people of light (spiritual) are currently separated by trivial differences in their beliefs, resulting in disparate efforts. We do not see that We are of the same pure light.
We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and unity now, to confront the other side and preserve life.
In my opinion, the “other side” represents darkness (absence of light) or negative energy, and does not represent a particular group or individual. The other side could be no one, anyone, or everyone. The goal is to ignite the light (honest, pure, true) within every human, so the other side may naturally dissipate. Then, there will be no more sides, only peace.
This article really resonates with me, as the call for unity has been on my mind. I recognize a multitude of disparate efforts, and I intend to unite the people of light, hope, love, peace, progress, life. See ‘Unity for Progress’ on my campaigns page. We will come together as one with Gaia, the spirit of the Earth, as the Captain Planet cartoon depicts!
Humanity will continue, but in a different way. Material structures will change. From this we will have the opportunity to be more human. We are living in the most important era of the Mayan calendars and prophecies. All the prophecies of the world, all the traditions are converging now. There is no time for games. The spiritual ideal of this era is action.
We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything — people, plants, animals. This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element ‘ether’ — the realm where energy lives and weaves. Go to the sacred places of the Earth to pray for peace, and have respect for the Earth which gives us our food, clothing, and shelter. We need to reactivate the energy of these sacred places. That is our work.
The greatest wisdom is in simplicity. Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It’s not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It’s encoded in your DNA.
