Yoga Por Vida
Yoga is my worship. Some people go to church, I go to yoga. It gives me the opportunity to focus on myself, my goals, my life, my progress.
The practice of Yoga provides endless discovery. I enjoy sharing my yoga discoveries with you.

Are you willing to take on a personal yoga client? I can’t seem to get myself started. Currently, I’m a mess physically and spiritually and need to get myself going in a better direction in life. I need your help!!!!
Hey! Love the blog. Do you have any suggestions on good yoga studios in Austin? I’ve played around with bikram yoga in the past, and didn’t get much out of it. I’m searching for a good place to start.
Hey Justin! I prefer hot yoga myself, but not necessarily Bikram (nazi-yoga and expensive). I urge you to check out Sunstone; they have 5 different hot yoga classes. Instructors are great, but it gets a little crowded these days as yoga becomes more popular. There are two locations, central and north. Aside from that I like Black Swan Yoga on 5th street, because it’s donation based, they have classes every hour, wide variety of instructors and classes, and no commitments! Sorry the response took so long
